    Taught in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga is designed to bring deeper awareness of your soul’s purpose. Unlike most other yoga classes, Kundalini incorporates lots of breathing, repetitive movements, deep meditations, eye focus, hand gestures, energy locks, and chanting to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. This class is perfect for anyone seeking spiritual transformation and practical tools to cope with the stresses of daily life.
